Have you ever wondered what happens at the end of life or the end of the world? This week, we begin our new series, The End, where we will explore what Jesus has to say about these and other questions.

He offers much clarity on the challenging question around eternity.

John 5:24
“I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.”

This week, spend time contemplating what you believe. Set aside any distractions, close your eyes, take a few slow, deep breaths. Are you allowing the promise of Jesus to fill you with hope for eternity? Consider recording your responses in a journal, whether digital or hard copy. It's a great way to be able to look back on the adventure God has you on.

Prayer:
Lord, life has some big questions that leave me feeling uncertain. Yet, you offer clarity when I put my trust in you. Thank you for the gift of your Son, whose sacrifice means I will have eternal life when I put my faith in Christ. Thank you for your love. Help me to live with joy and share your love with others so they may have this hope too.

For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ.
