This past week we read through Titus 2 and considered our role as leaders and how we can influence those around us. Although sometimes it may feel like we don’t make an impact, we actually have more influence than we realize. This not only allows us to make a difference with those we are closest to, but also to have a ripple effect into our community and ultimately our nation.
This week, take time to review Titus 2 and choose the verse or verses that stood out to you over the past week. Then spend some time reflecting on how your beliefs about Jesus shape your behavior. Look back on any notes you may have captured over the past few days and jot down any actions you took this week. And if you haven’t signed up for the Titus reading plan, text Titus to 419-419-0707 and join us next week.
Prayer:
Father, help me remember the impact and influence I can have by sharing your love and good news with those around me. Help me step into these opportunities with confidence knowing you will be by my side. Help me be bold for you Lord, while always remembering the love and kindness you extended to me. Help me extend that to others. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Series Theme Verse:
Titus 2:14
“He [Jesus] gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds.”
