Have you ever thought about your habits and why you do what you do? How about how your identity impacts how you interact with others?
Begin by taking a few moments to sit quietly. Set aside all distractions, close your eyes, and take a few slow, deep breaths. With each exhalation, give God your worries and concerns. Allow his peace to wash over you, and take time to consider your identity in Christ.
Next, take some time to read through Ephesians 2:8-10 and ponder who you are to God.
Finally, consider recording your responses in a journal, whether digital or hard copy. It's a great way to be able to look back on the adventure God has you on.
