2022-2023 Interns

Michaela Hagedorn’s Internship

February 28, 2022 to April 30, 2023
CedarCreek Church

I am extremely excited and grateful to be given this opportunity to learn and expand my skills and abilities, all while serving God and growing in my journey with Him. This internship will allow me to work within my purpose, which I feel is developing and shaping the next generation, as well as understand if working in Ministry is a next step for me following the internship. Your support will allow me to focus my time and energy on this, which is where I believe God is calling me during this season of life. By joining me on this journey, YOU are making an investment in the next generation, and ultimately, you are making an eternal difference in many students' lives and in the Kingdom of God. I thank you so much for your consideration in supporting me and joining me on this exciting adventure!

Last Blog! April Update!

Monday, May 1, 2023

Hello everyone!

I write to you in a bittersweet mood, as this is my very last intern blog. I am sad for the ending, as I have had so much fun and grown so much during this internship experience, but I am so excited for the future and is what to come!

As next steps after the internship, I applied for an apprenticeship position. In the beginning of April, Lauren called me to offer me a position as: Apprentice - Project Manager of Next Gen and Outreach. So, I will essentially be doing all the same tasks and things that I’ve been doing, just a few more things added, and I will be full time, with 40 hours. I am extremely excited for this opportunity, and it wouldn’t be possible without this internship or you all that supported me for graciously. So I thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart!

Other than that, we are winding down in the internship with graduation right around the corner. Then, the final day of the internship is May 21st, and my Apprenticeship starts on the 22nd.

In the midst of all this work-life change, there’s also so much personal-life change happening as well! Gabe and I just signed the lease for our first apartment together last week, and our move in date is May 8th! I am very excited to finally get into a place that will be ours, but the idea of packing and moving all my things is like a dark daunting cloud, just hanging over my head.. and with all sorts of wedding boxes already lying around my living room, and just makes packing that much more intimidating. But, I know it’s all good change! So, we will move all my things in right away and I will live there and get it ready as we slowly move Gabe’s things in, until he completely moves in after the wedding.

We also had my bridal shower this past weekend, which was so wonderful! My sister ran the overall event part, while Lucy, Gabe’s mom, and some of her sisters did all the food - which was sooo delicious! It was such a beautiful event and I’m so thankful and feel very loved! Makes us realize the wedding is so much closer than we feel like! (Also - all those gifts went home with my mom so I didn’t have even more on my floor and have to move even more things🙃).

As I think about what’s to come, I also look back over that last 10 months - year and am just continuously thankful for everything that being a part of CedarCreek has brought into my life. Friends who have become family, a soon to be Husband and new family, a new job that I absolutely love along with the people I get to work with everyday….and the biggest area of growth for me in the internship has probably been my confidence. Overall confidence, but also just confidence in the little things, like having a maybe not so fun conversation, being okay with not knowing everything, owning parts of work rather than being so dependent on others, and leading others along-side of me and above me. And for me, that’s truly such a big area of growth because I’m naturally a shyer person and would have a hard time openly leading a team. But I am so much more comfortable and confident in so many areas now, all thanks to the internship experience and the people I learned from, AND all of you who supported me and helped me get to this position. So, again, thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart! I have been truly grateful for all the help, support, prayers, and encouragement throughout this experience. I would not be here had it not been for all your help!

God Bless and Much Love,

Michaela💜

March Update

Saturday, April 1, 2023

Hey everyone!

I hope you are all well! I'm slowly waiting for the weather to get and stay warmer. The rain and storms have definitely been an indicator that spring is here/near. Now we just need the warmer days to pop up!

March truly felt like it flew by.. Personally, the beginning of the month was pretty normal, with not much excitement to report. The middle of the month is where it got a little more exciting.. Gabe and my's nephew was born on the 15th. He is the cutest little thing and brings so much excitement to the family! I don't have a very good picture with him yet, but I took some good one's of Gabe holding him :) (picture attached). Then that weekend, Gabe and I took a trip to visit some friends and family, and it was a much needed trip to get away. We had some much fun laughing with everyone and just being present. The next weekend, the 24th, was my 26th birthday. We celebrated very well by Gabe making breakfast and lunch, a walk through Sidecut MetroPark, seeing lots of different animals, a board game and movie, then finishing off the evening with a nice dinner at Claude's Prime Seafood restaurant. It was overall a very lovely birthday :). This last week, a couple other young adult groups from Perrysburg, and ours got together to do a mini worship night. It was so amazing to just get a bunch of young adults together and to pray and worship. Very reviving!

Work wise, early in the month, the Next Gen team got together for an off-site, day long meeting at the Toledo Zoo. It was so cool to be held at the zoo, in the aquarium first off! But it was such a cool day to get together as a team and discuss the different events we hold as a team and what dreams we have for the future. Ultimately, we came down to 2 specific areas that we will be working on, as a team, to improve in the next couple months. It was overall a great experience, and I'm just completely blessed to be a part of it, especially as an intern, and have my opinions be heard. We continue to dive deeper in to camp season as the month go on, and I am having weekly meetings in multiple areas finalizing details for procurement needs and all things medical and safety for student camps. Also, just recently, I spoke at Student Night at Whitehouse on Wednesday. It, again, was a nerve wracking thing to do, but I did prepare earlier in the timeline this time, which helped me feel better on stage. I spoke about being honest and vulnerable with God about anything and everything that is going on. I was pretty vulnerable myself in giving bits and pieces of a story from my life when I decided to finally be honest with God about how I was feeling about a circumstance, and how doing that, I finally started trusting Him more is all other areas. I didn't getting to hear any feedback from David on how the students took it, but I'm hoping I was able to reach someone during the night.

In intern class, we went through the Working Genius, which is so intriguing. It's so funny to me how accurate some of those tests, like Working Genius or Enneagram are. My geniuses are Tenacity and Enablement, which I think are spot on! I like to get things across finish lines and completed, as well as helping others (enabling them) to get things done. There a six types of work in Working Genius, and the assessment essentially helps people identify the type of work that brings them joy and energy and avoid work that leads to frustration and burnout. Getting things done and helping people bring me joy and energy, where creating things (Invention) and rallying people around and idea (Galvanizing) truly exhaust me and I do not enjoy them. I CAN do them, it just takes a lot of energy for me to do so. We also have been discussing and collaborating on what it looks like to be a multi ethnic church and questions that may pertain to that. It was interesting to discuss this, because it can be a very difficult topic sometimes, but I think the way Lauren went about it and the way we all received and discussed information, it went very well and was a very informational discussion! We had a panel of some multi ethnic employees from the church come in a share and it was very eye-opening and resourceful to hear from them.

I am continuing to enjoy my new position, and I cannot wait to see what comes from it in the future. As March wraps up, and I look to April, I will be preparing for a presentation in class to talk about something I learned during the internship experience. Additionally, the internship itself, will be looking to wrap up soon.. So I again, just want to thank all of you that have supported me any sort of way - financially, encouragingly, prayerfully - whatever it may be, I am so truly grateful for you and the opportunity I have had through this internship program because of your kindness! And Lauren and the other at the church for allowing me to be a part of this fabulous experience. It has been such an honor and I cant wait to see what fruits will grow from it.

Thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart!

God Bless and Much Love,

Michaela💜

February Update

Thursday, March 2, 2023

Hi all!

I hope you all have been enjoying the warmer weather these past days! It has given a very nice preview into spring, and I am very ready for it! Definitely a big change from the snow storms we were having at this time last month.

As I am trying to remember all the things that have happened this month, I am reminded that February has truly flown by fast! We started out February with our staff Christmas party at Tolhouse in Toledo. You may be wondering..."Christmas Party...in February?!" I learned, as a staff, we tend to celebrate Christmas together during the month of February because December is such a busy time with everyone preparing for Christmas services, then during January, we do 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, so a majority of staff are fasting from things. Therefore, this leaves us with having to celebrate Christmas together in February. It was such a fun time getting to see and spend time with everyone outside of the office - and Tolhouse is a super cool place too!

Later in the month, on February 15th, I got to teach for Student Night at the West Toledo campus. I taught about reputations, how important they are, how to change them, and that it's never too late to change your reputation. I still have to work on preparing a little earlier so I don't read off my notes so much, but overall, I felt pretty confident while I was up teaching. It can unfortunately be difficult to keep the attention of some students at the West Toledo campus, but Cody said that I really reached the students that wanted to pay attention and get something out of it. He also gave some really positive feedback on my confidence and engagement with the students. This really made me happy and feel more confident about speaking. AND so excited that some students actually engaged well and had some take-aways from my talk! I speak at Whitehouse Student Night at the end of the month, so I am going to be sure to start preparing a couple weeks outs to ensure I know my content well.

Last week we had our second big Student Worship Night, where all the 7-12th grade students came to the Perrysburg campus for a night of worship and message. It's like a mini preview to Fusion and High School Camp for our students. We had a pancake and waffle bar for the students - which I think was a total hit! I didn't get a chance to eat much or have fun toppings, but I did eat two plan pancakes, and they were delicious! We attempted to put on a dodgeball tournament, but that did not work as well as we would have liked it to; Though students eventually came back and started just having a free-for-all with dodgeball! We had all the other fun games, like gaga ball, 9 square, and corn hole out for the students to play, and I think they really enjoyed it all! The service/experience itself was a blast! It felt so much more organized since the student team and the programming team worked together to put it on this time. Hannah had such a powerful message that I think resonated with some of the students very well, and when it came time for response stations, those students flooded the cross, writing down their, "Why God statements". It's just so moving to see all the hard work we're doing in motion and witnessing the fruit of all that hard work by impacting so many of the next generation.

In intern class, we finished off the book Amplified Leadership, where we continued to learn about coaching an apprentice and mentoring a new leader. My biggest next step from reading that book right now, is to really pray for God to show my someone that I can establish a good relationship with and engage with, then eventually take them under my wing to start mentoring them in an area they feel most called to in the church (or even not in the church). In the position I am in, I am finding it difficult to see someone that I can mentor as a leader because I don't really have anyone under me, nor do I work directly with volunteers on a regular basis. So that is my big step from the last book we were reading in class, is to look for someone that I can work with and develop into a leader. We also recently had a class where Andy Rectenwald came in to speak on apologetics. I had never really read on anything apologetics before, nor have really ever had the interest, but listening to Andy speak on some things was actually super interesting. He didn't necessarily direct his view of something specifically on us though either, he laid out all the views for us to consider. Some specific things were the earth's creation, evolution, Cain and who he was afraid of. All of the different views and facts that Andy brought on this information really did interest me and got me into apologetics a little more than I was before the class.

The biggest excitement about February though, had to be our intern's class trip to CrossPoint Church down in Nashville. The van rides were not too terrible - though I felt slightly sick most of the drive home. I continue to get asked my favorite parts from the trip were, and every time I have to say that I really have one from two different areas. The first area is the trip to the church in general. It was really cool to see all the similar things we are doing and definitely reassuring in that area. But there were also so many cool things from service and how they run things in general that would be cool in implement! For example, they do their baptisms at the end of service - I feel this gives more time and more focus on the baptisms itself, rather than "fighting" for time with worship at the beginning of service. Also, their transitions were just so fluid and soft and didn't seem so forced. Next Gen wise (the Nashville campus is a little different, but this was a big take away I got overall)they do not have any student services on the weekend. Their 5th graders are bumped down into elementary and the 6-12th graders all have their services during the week (on Wednesday nights), the 6-8 are just split from the 9-12. On the weekend then, the 6-12 graders are encouraged to serve in some capacity during one service and sit in during another service (this is with hopes that the parents are there serving and sitting in for two different services as well). Sometimes their leaders even sit in an area and encourage them to come sit with them during service. I personally LOVE this idea! It gets students serving and used to serving more at a younger age, and it allows the students to actually sit in, hear from the pastor, and learn what is being taught. It also allows for more relatable content on the week night service for 6-8 graders then a different message that is more relatable for 9-12th graders. My other favorite area from the trip was really just getting to everyone better and spend time with everyone. I got to hang out with all the interns, especially Edna (she was my roommate) more and get to know them, but I also got to hang out with Jason, Spencer, Lauren, Ben, and Brian more, which was a huge highlight for me! It was really fun to just spend time together in a non-work environment and laugh with them all. Jason, Spencer, and I also rode the electric scooters around for about a half hour, which was by far one of my favorite moments! :)

Overall, February was a great month and I am looking forward to even more to come in March!

Thank you all so much for your continued support! I am so thankful for everything I am fortunate to have and receive!

God Bless and Much Love,

Michaela💜

January Update

Thursday, January 26, 2023

Hey everyone!

I hope you've all stayed warm during these fun snow storms that we've had! Though I do not enjoy driving on snowy/icy roads (or riding when Gabe's driving - he likes to fishtail and do donuts 🙃) I did very much enjoy the beauty that came with the snow. I love to watch the big flakes fall and see the snow piled on tree branches, especially while walking on a trail. It just is the most beautiful scenery!

Lots of weather and snow also unfortunately means the possibility of cancellations for events. Because of the big snow storm we got this past week, we sadly had to cancel Student Night on Wednesday night. It was a big bummer, but the students team did a fantastic job communicating to their students/families and DreamTeam members, all while pulling together a plan to go live on our instagram with some fun interacting activities so we could still be engaged with students. It was so fun to watch and follow along, and I even got to make a short appearance on the screen! Though I like being behind the scenes, this really was pretty cool for me because students don't often get to see me or even know who I am. Cody had some really kind words to say in the comments during the video about my impact on the team event though I am behind the scenes and not seen often, so I was very thankful for that! 😊

Other than that, Student events (Middle School Weekend and Student Night) are rolling pretty normal from here until the rest of the semester/up until camps! We have a couple Student Worship Nights in the works, one being in February, and I am super excited for those! I am also signed up to speak/teach at West Toledo at the end of February (before Student Worship Night) and at Whitehouse at the end of March. I am excited to get this opportunity, but also very nervous - as I've mentioned before when we did our mock teachings - it's very much out of my comfort zone. Even with that though, I want it to be something in my arsenal that I can do and hopefully impact some students along the way. SO...We're going for it! 😅

The retreat for the internship was fantastic! We went to Maumee Bay Lodge and each had our own room. The rooms were so nice and the showers were phenomenal! With playing and coaching softball for so many years of my life, I am very used to hotel living. With not coaching this year, I haven't stayed in anywhere near the amount of hotels as I'm used to and I honestly love hotel stays - the nice comfy beds and beautiful showers...it's just very cozy to me (of course as long as it's a nice hotel....). So being in these very nice rooms and lodge was just a great set up for the retreat to begin with. But I took time to get caught up on some devotionals and reading, I took a walk out on one of the boardwalk trails, listened to and sang some worship music, journaled, slept, and much more... It was a very refreshing time for me and some much need spiritual rejuvenation with God. The thing I'm most excited about is that during all that, my word for the year 2023 came to me, as it just kept popping up in prayers and journaling...TRUST...trust God with everything and find the areas where I'm struggling to trust Him. This is my goal and hope for the year.

As we continue through the semester with class, we have started reading the book, Amplified Leadership, where we've been learning from Tristen Rayot on how to, and what it takes to become a better leader to those around you. I've definitely learned a lot so far, only reading two parts of the book, on what I can improve on. One mainly being stepping out of the comfort zone and becoming more vulnerable with my team members and others, but also, learning how to just walk up to people and be truly interested in them and care for them. These are some major steps that I know I can do to help improve my leadership currently.

Now, after all these fun, interesting updates...I have the most exciting one (to me at least😉) to end with. Almost two months ago now, I had applied for and interviewed for an open position at the church, Project Manager of Next Gen and Outreach, which has its added responsibilities, but is also doing a lot of the same tasks I'm doing right now. Though I interviewed very well, I unfortunately did not get the position. Yes, I was a little upset by it, but I made sure I went into all of it, applying, interviews, with open hands, know that even if I didn't get the job - I had the internship to continue in and God would provide for me and have a plan for me. The initial "no" was upsetting, but within a day, I felt a sense of peace, knowing that God was in my corner and I would be okay. Now, two months later, the executive staff decided to hold off on hiring that position and keeping Jason Jones as the interim for the time being. I was then approached with an opportunity to shift my internship focus from Central Students over to Next Gen and Outreach, working closely with Jason in his interim Project Manager position. I very happily accepted the position shift and, though I'm sad to be leaving the students team, I am very excited for the work I will be getting to do! I will still get to work with students (just not as in depth), but now I get to work with Kids Ministry and Lauren in our Outreach Program, continuing to do mostly administrative-type work and working on different projects. I am very excited for this opportunity and for what God has in store for me in the future through this adventure!

And all of this would not be possible if not for all of your encouragement and support! God is moving and working in the next generations' lives and my life so much right now and I am so excited to see what's in store for the future for both! So again, such a huge THANK YOU for all that you have done in supporting me, whether through encouragement, prayer, financially - it is all such an overwhelming blessing, and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else in my life right now! 😊

God Bless and Much Love,

Michaela💜

(The picture is from my walk on the retreat - you can just slightly see a sliver of the sunset...but the walk itself, out in nature with only the sounds of swans in the distance was truly peaceful!)

December Update

Monday, January 2, 2023

Hi everyone!

WOW! How is it already 2023!?

I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas and spent time relaxing and recouping with friends and family. Christmas was such a busy time for us at church with getting the Student Journal gifts around (in about a month!) and preparing for Christmas services in general. Though it was busy, it was so fun to see how it all finished out. Christmas around CedarCreek is just always such a beautiful time of the year, and I truly enjoyed it. It was so fun to start conversations with many people - those I previously knew or new conversations with new people.

I was also able to spend time with Gabe's family and my own family on Christmas day - celebrating together. ☺️ As I've gotten older, most gifts I get tend to be practical items for the kitchen or apartment..so many of the gifts from my parents were of that type. But I'd say some of my favorite gifts this year were a hand kitchen-aid mixer, a large stock pot, hiking boots, a large, warm winter coat I bought myself with some Christmas money, and a personalized music box from Gabe :). I loved giving gifts just as much and seeing how excited everyone was to receive specific giftcards or items that they truly wanted!

With all the Christmas hustle and bustle, I took advantage of the week between Christmas and New Year's off and spent time relaxing and recouping - preparing my mind and body to jump back into a normal routine. As an enneagram 9, that is the best way I can fill my cup and prepare for what it next - by taking time to myself, with close ones around me, while resting.

Looking into the new year... There is plenty ahead with preparing for more Student Worship Nights and lots to start/continuing preparing for Camp!

Coming up for the internship/class, we have our overnight retreat next week. Which I am really looking forward to for a chance to reset spiritually and spend some time with God.

I hope you all had a blessed Christmas season and I just want to continuously thank you all so much for your support! It am so extremely grateful for all that I have been able to graciously receive.

God Bless,

Michaela💜

November Update

Monday, November 28, 2022

Hey everyone!

I hope you are all doing well and had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine was great! I got to spend some relaxed time with Gabe on Thanksgiving morning playing boardgames and watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We definitely had plenty to eat throughout the weekend with the different dinner we had to attend. We also did a tiny bit of Black Friday shopping on Friday morning to go order our wedding bands :), but it was a quick trip, in and out of the mall. Then we went to a Christmas tree farm for Gabe's mom and brother to pick out their trees. It was definitely a fun and eventful weekend!

We are in full Christmas swing here at the church. The students team is preparing for our Santa Bowl, which is on December 3rd (which may have already happened by the time this blog gets posted) and our gifts that we are handing out to students during Christmas services. We are also getting prepared for Camp registrations to open up on December 1st and really promoting that right now! As we get closer to the new year, we will start preparing for our next Student Worship Night in February and working on more and more details with camp.

In class, we started our discussion on the Enneagram. I am very excited to dive deeper into this in class because it just intrigues me so much. I took the official test that Lauren sent to us, and received a 9 for my enneagram number, which is what I identified as before talking about it in class. I've been reading through the book we received in class about my enneagram type and it's just so interesting how my personality and the things that I do or avoid relate so much with what the 9 says. I'm definitely looking forward to hearing from a panel of people who identify as each number on the enneagram.

As always, I want to thank you all so much for your continued support! It has been so helpful for me, and I am so extremely grateful.

I wish you all the best and some warmth in this next month.

God Bless,

Michaela💜

October Update

Monday, October 31, 2022

Hi everyone!

I wanted to start by sharing some exciting news that happened at the very end of September, after I posted my September blog, so I had to wait to share it on the October blog. I got engaged (as you can see in the picture)!! Gabriel and I are super excited and have already gotten so much done planning wise just in one month. I'll be happy to get to a point where I can be a little less worried about planning and the time sensitive stuff, and just start enjoying a little more of the process.

As far as work, we are starting to get into full swing with planning for Fusion and High School Camps. I am super excited, but also a little nervous to get moving on planning for camp because I am going to have a larger roll this year, which does mean a lot more responsibilities. But..I think with a little coaching through the beginning, I will end up being okay through the process. :)

I did my first teaching session with middle school students yesterday at our Whitehouse campus! It was something that was definitely a little out of my comfort zone, because I am not a big fan of public speaking. Obviously, there's always things to work on, but I felt pretty good about it overall. It is definitely something I would like to continue to work on improving and continue doing the longer I am here.

Class has been a whirlwind lately! We've had a lot of meetings during class time or Lauren has unfortunately (for our sake unfortunately) been gone for work trips, so we haven't had a lot of classes this month. We did have one recently where we talked about the development of a female leader. Lauren had a panel of female leaders, and Andy Rectenwald, come in to share their experiences in the work world and with female leadership. It was super cool to learn from them and hear their experiences and how some of them relate to mine so well. I'm definitely looking forward to a normal schedule starting back up soon and continuing to learn some fun things from Lauren and others in class.

I want to continue to thank you all so much for your continued support! It has been so helpful for me, especially in the previous month and the months to come with all the costs of living.

I wish you all the best and look forward to my next update.

God Bless,

Michaela💜

September Update

Monday, September 26, 2022

Hey everybody! 😄

It's so crazy that we are already through September and starting October! This year has just flown by. I've been so busy these past couple months with plans and trips...Things have finally started to slow down and I feel like I can breathe. My weeks and weekends aren't completely booked at this point, which is really exciting because I have time to actually rest or send time with my friends.

Work has continued to be great and I'm finally settling in to all my tasks. I've gotten into a rhythm with my monthly tasks, which has helped me get more comfortable in the position. Now, we've started throwing on some extra tasks with planning for Student Worship Nights, Camp, and other larger events coming up. Normally, more larger tasks being thrown on would stress me out, but I feel comfortable with everything. My supervisor, Spencer, is actually out on vacation this week, and he has all of his things getting forwarded to me...which at first made me a little nervous, but now that I'm doing some of the tasks, I feel pretty comfortable with everything!

We recently went to Chicago as a Student's Team for a conference. It was the "Orange Tour" which, Orange, is where we get our curriculum from. It was some pretty helpful information, specifically with how to better connect with our student's parents. We went a day early to explore Chicago, and I had so much fun! I really feel like we all got to know each other more as a team and it was just a really fun experience overall!

Class has been going well too. We finished the book, The Ideal Team Leader, which was actually a pretty good read for me. I typically struggle reading books that I can't get into, but I did enjoy reading this one. I was able to learn what area of an ideal team leader I struggle the most in, and how I can work to improve on being, not only a better leader, but a better team player as well. This correlated really well with our discussion on CedarCreek's values too and how the team used to book to help create their values and improve their hiring process.

The picture is from our trip to Chicago! We, of course, went to Giordano's for dinner on Thursday to get that Chicago deep dish pizza!🤗

Thank you all so much for your continued support! It truly means so much to me.

God Bless,

Michaela💜

First Blog! August Update

Wednesday, August 31, 2022

Hey everyone!🤗

It's crazy to think it's already been a month of working in the internship! It's flown by so fast, and I feel like I just started last week! In a way, it is almost like I just started last week only because I've officially been able to dive into all my meetings and tasks that I've been assigned these past couple weeks. It was a slow start because of all the different platforms I've had to learn to use and tasks that I've been assigned, but I'm happy to say that I think I finally have a handle on a majority of the things that I am doing.

Work has been great so far! Though it is a lot of computer work like creating emails to send out to parents, scripts for filming videos, and webpage/general updates for student ministries, I am really enjoying it! I get to be creative with emails and the content that we're sending out to keep families informed on what we're doing. I'm also excited about the different ideas and new perspective that I get to share in meetings with our student ministry team. We're juggling with some really cool and fresh ideas for the upcoming year that we think will prepare our DreamTeam and Group Leaders better and give an overall better experience for our students.

Class for the internship has been going really well too! We have learned about task management, which I have honestly always been good at...but I am trying some new strategies in order to narrow down the ways and places where I am keeping track of my tasks. So far, so good! Now we are learning about the different parts of well-being (Career/Purpose, Social, Financial, Physical, and Community) and how all of those forms of well-being fit under an overarching umbrella of spiritual well-being. It has been so interesting to learn about each of these areas and reflect on areas where I'm struggling and how I can improve to have an overall better level of well-being.

Thank you all again so much for your support! I appreciate everything, no matter the form or size.

I look forward to updating you again soon!

God Bless,

Michaela💜

P.S. The picture is from the Elevation Worship concert I went to recently with my Young Adult Group and some other friends. It was such an AMAZING time getting to worship God in a room full of followers and with some of my closest people.🥰
