Fusion Camp 2023

Each year, hundreds of current 5th through 8th grade students experience the best week of their summer. A week filled with water slides, beach time, dodgeball, games, new friends, spiritual mentors, engaging teaching and awesome worship. It is a life-changing experience they will never forget.

WHAT TO KNOW

You are responsible for transporting your child to & from the Michindoh Conference Center.

Check-In

4pm on Monday, July 10th at the Michindoh Conference Center. No students will be allowed to check-in before 4pm. Please do not arrive before 4pm.

Pick-up

10:30am on Friday, July 14th at Michindoh Conference Center.

  • Bedding: Sleeping bag and/or sheets & pillow
  • Toiletries: deodorant, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste etc
  • 2 Towels & Washcloths (one for waterfront, one for showers)

  • Bible / Pen / Notebook or Journal
  • Clothing (dress according to the weather)

You will drop off your student at Michindoh Conference Center starting at 4pm on Monday, July 10th 2023.

You will pick up your student at Michindoh Conference Center at 10:30am on Friday, July 14th 2023.

Yes! If you are in need of an abnormal drop-off/pick-up times, please email our team at Students@CedarCreek.tv prior to camp.

All students will be in cabins with other students from their campus and age range, and with at least TWO group leaders. Students are able to submit a cabinmate request during registration and our team will do our best to accommodate that request; however, we cannot assure the request will be made.

Nope! We follow the “buddy” rule at High School Camp, where all students are to take someone along if going somewhere.

We ask that your register with the campus you normally attend. That way, all students can be placed in groups that are consistent with what they will experience when they get back to church.

Everything (besides transportation). All meals, activities, housing, etc.

Unfortunately, we do not provide any transportation to and from Fusion Camp. You are responsible to transport your student to and from Fusion Camp.

All registrations are final. No transfers or refunds are available.

You will receive a confirmation email, and from there, all communication will come via email or text.

Please specify on your student’s registration any concerns or restrictions your student has regarding food. From there, we will do our best to serve your student while at camp, OR contact us at Students@CedarCreek.tv prior to camp.

Please label EVERYTHING. We will hold all items until July 31st. After that time, items will be donated. To pick up items left at camp, please come to our Perrysburg office Mon-Thu 9am-5pm or email us at Students@CedarCreek.tv.

A reminder that it is a best practice not to send your student with any electronics. If you need to get in touch with your child in an emergency, please call the Michindoh Conference Center and they will get ahold of our staff.

All medications must be in the original prescription bottle. Please only send enough medication to cover the time of the students stay at camp. Please do not send any more medication with your student. Over the counter medications (i.e. Advil, Tylenol, Pepto Bismol, etc.) will be available for students through the administrative staff.
